Look at earning extra income by starting something small. Maybe a side hustle? Do you have a skill that you could teach, maybe? Do you have an idea to make and sell soap at farmer’s markets? Are you artistic? Are you so good at Pac-Man / Tetris / Mario / Zelda that people would pay to watch you play? Or do you simply have some free time that you could use to earn money in the gig economy (think Uber, Deliveroo, parcel delivery, that sort of thing)?
There are as many ways of making money as there are fish in the sea. Do you have a great idea for a really funny greetings card? Can you 3D print small models based on photos that people can give their loved ones for birthday / Christmas / Mothers Day / Fathers Day? Can you print t-shirts with funny cat pictures? How about making patio furniture from used pallets? Walk up and down the street every Sunday morning and wash cars? Cut grass for elderly neighbours? Buy 500 small rubber ducks from China and attach a thermometer to them and sell them on Amazon to people with hot tubs… We could keep going with this. But you get the idea?
